Tinting Windows

You can tint windows and lights by adding some Tamiya clear color acrylic to Future floor wax or food coloring. Future is acrylic and can be used to sealer over decals.

Re: Tinting Windows

Would it be possible to use actual window tint to tint the windows or no?

Tamiya have released "Smoke" in spraycan.

I would give it a try ! the picture they use to show the paint look very nice. (clear view Ferarri)

I went to a local tint shop and asked for some scrap, and they gave me about a spare yard to play with! I've used it on two models so far with pretty good results. It's not easy though, and I still need a lot of practice.

you can use fabric dye also, you boil it in water then dip the part in, there is a whole write-up on it in an old issue of car modeler, i'll try and dig it up
