2001 Galant Fog Light Replacement

Hey guys.I have a problem with my fog light.Somewhere there must be a leak beacuase water gets in the lamp and blows out the light.Right now my light is blown with the lamp itself half full of water.What i would like to know is does anyone know if it is hard to take off the entire light fixture and replace the bulb along with trying to seal the hole or whatever is causing the leak? I have never messed with the fog lights so this is all new to me and need an opinion on whether or not i should try to fix it myself.
