Question Supercharger belt?

I have a 2000 GTP 2-dr cpe with 115,000 on it that I use to commute 200 miles a day. Last week the blower belt shredded. I was able to drive the car home the remaining 85 miles after removing the shredded belt pieces. The car averaged 28 mpg with no blower belt for the 85 miles!

The idler pully looks like it failed and caused the belt problem. It is the single pulley positioned more towards the center of the engine not the outside one with inside guide attached. It definitely looks distressed and does not turn freely, it doesn't even look like much of a pulley.

Is that pulley R&R'd simply by removing the torque star fastener and replaced with one from an autoparts store? They are appearently available for about $20. I was afraid whatever bearing/bushing it was that failed is incorporated into a larger housing.

I don't know how to ask this question correctly. I have the new belt, and I need to replace the pulley. Is it easy or not?

Muchas Gracias

I'm Supercharged again! Thank you for the advice. The idler pulley was the easy part, fighting with the belt re install was the longest part.
It looks to be fine now. Thanks again. It was a 50 Torx needed to loosen the bolt and it was threaded in the typical righty tighty lefty loosey fashion.

BTW I was really suprised how well the car ran without the SC belt on. Of course much less power, but it ran smooth and was very tractable in normal driving.
