High beams will not go off

I just bought the car today and I did not notice till tonight that the highbeams won't go off while driving. I know it has DRL, But those are in highbeam also (Inner lights)... when I push the Headlight switch up, it turns all 4 lights on and gives me an even higher beam. The entire time the Highbeam light in the car stays on. If I hold the relay switch all the way back then the highbeam light in the car goes off and the highbeams switch over to the low beam (outer lights) So the only way this happens if is I keep my hand on the relay switch and hold it down. Is this a quick fix, or do I have to replace the entire headlight switch?
