THERMOSTAT question

well here it is i trying to figure out why my heater aint getting hot like it should, valve is open, hot water flowing through it, and it barely blows hot air so i coming down to the conclusion of that probably my THERMOSTAT what temp do you guys to recomend for the heater work like a champ and not to hurt performance
