The screen on my radio intermitently turned on and off for a while, but has now permanently turned of (not the button light, the display screen). Does anyone know what I can do about it?

Re: Radio light display burned out
Send to radio repair shop. There's a guy on ebay that does radio repair. Type Ford Radio Repair in the search box. Also there suppose to be a posting somewhere here that details the repair also. You need to be good with soldering iron. If no instruction here go to Goggle and type ford radio repair. Let us know what happens.

Re: Radio light display burned out
I did my own repair. Got detailed picture instructions from www.shareamemory.com/radio . Cost $19.99, but it was the best $19.99 I spent. Or if you don't want to solder, they do a swap program for $84.99...you don't have to send your radio off. I'm really happy with my results.
