MR-S power

im trying to make about 180-200hp on my mr-s. is there any way to make that much on my stock engine, or should i spring for a engine swap for the celica gt-s engine? also how much would that cost for either option(cat-back exhaust, cold air intake, jet-chip, others for my current engine)?

please...no super/turbo chargers. N/A only. i want to keep weight down because thats the reason i bought the car.

p.s. sorry if i sound noobish but this is my first mr2 exprience ever.

p.p.s. what is the max NA horsepower/tq i can make with the 1zz-fe?

p.p.p.s. how do i change the gauge and number overlay inside the dashboard so it can register 7800rpm redline instead of 6800 if i switch to the 2xx-fe?(i'd like to keep a sleeper look.)
