Arrow olds trofeo help brakes no work?????

OK heres the prob... its a 90 olds trofeo and when its cold out like below 40 the brakes dont work right. if you step on them kinda quick or just normal the pedel wont go down its stiff. if you force it down the right front locks up causing the car to vear right. if you go down on the brake pedel slow its fine. after about 15min or so when the car warms up its fine and when its above 40F out its fine whats the prob guys?

Sounds like there could be a few problems, the stiff pedal could be the brake booster or master cylinder problem. The first thing I would have done is a brake system flush, you could have air or water trapped in the system which could explain the vear to the right. Also check the caliper movement.
