how to fab a air filter
I am in the process of building a '67 GTX and I really want to facricate one of the round Air filter that looks like a K&N round filter taht goes on muscle cars. If anyone knows how to do this or can give me some tips that would be great. I want it to look just like this one.....

Styrene strips...it would actually be fairly easy.

what color paint should i use to get the color right on the actual filter?? It looks kind of like a pinkish color almost...any suggestions

Custom mix it by eye, it shouldn't be difficult
