I own an 89 CRX HF (bear with me for a while, I know that this post is long). I love my CRX, but I do have a few concerns. My CRX has been making these squeking noises from the cv's. The faster I go the faster the squeaking. The cv's are relitively new. Anyways once the car warms up the squeak goes away (please explain this to me).

About a month ago I got in a slight accedent, I slid into a curb. The right front tire hit the curb at mabey a 30 degree angle and rode up it. Then I slid along the curb till I hit this gutter thing. I was going mabey ten miles an hour when it stop by hitting the gutter. My front bumper now is angled down a little. I wish that I could attach a picture. It is nothing major, but there is a 1/4 inch gap between the hood and bumper. Also the body has some rust over the right rear wheel. I can do the body work. My question is this, is it worth it to start my b18 build up on this car or should I buy one in nicer shape. All the crx's around here are exspensive i got mine for 800 so im happy. Sois it wort it to put all this time and effort into this car or buy one thats in nicer shape.

Next on the list, what would be the code for a Vtech b18 out of an integra, what year integra should i look for for this motor, what do i need to do the swap, can i use the hf tranni, if not what tranni can i get cheap. thanx for reading the whole thing.

Not to be a post whore, but would i need to upgrade my axels or anything like that?

you gotta get a b series tranny if you wanna use a b series engine, motor mounts, do a search, theres alotta people that have done this upgrade, ive thought about it

Not the time to say this but, not the B series, i did a lil research, i cant afford 'em, ill stick witha d16 swap. How much am i lookung at

where u from, ill have a d16a6 for sale real soon, needs a rebuild, has 151k on it. theres something to consider too, wrecking yards, theres alotta options
