To remove the airbag i noticed there are special star shaped nuts that hold the airbag in...what size is that socket or what socket do i need to remove it.
the head seems to have more than the std. 6 or 12 pts hex head shape. Thanks. |

Re: Steering wheel and airbag removal question.
Nah the airbag is fine, i need to get the wheel off so i can get the housing off for the turn signal wipers and check all the wires for short circuiting.
i don't have regular or DRL lights on the car and no tag lights either... |

Re: Steering wheel and airbag removal question.
Geez.. you scare me with your "bump".
Then, you just remove the weird star bolts, disconnect the airbag and take it out to remove it? So easy? No risky TNT involved? MC
