Re: Rev limiter removal in 2000?

ther revlimiter is built into the ecu the only way to remove it is to buy a new racing ecu they come with out speed limiters and boosts the rev limiter from 6750 to 7250 on a sohc and on dohc boost 7250 to some where around 7700

Re: Rev limiter removal in 2000?

Lies.

You can also remove it by wiring a switch into the power to your VSS. This will, however, kill your speedometer and odometer while the switch is off.
