Unhappy NEW THROTTLE BODY & COILPACK

2 issues i need help with on my 97 RS:
1) I ordered a new 57mm throttle body off of ebay and i need a little help on the install, well maybe alot of help, or better yet, how exactly would one put it in. I can handle removing the intake, thats cake, but after that, i can some bolts/hoses/conections so now what do i do? How long should it take? Will it change the HP's or sound of the car.

2)The coilpack on my car is dying day by day now, and its time for a new one after 120,000 miles of good service. On howell i saw 2 different options. The first was a unit by MSD, that came in a kick @$$ red color, and the second was a brand called "screamin demon" but the reviews seemed to favor it (the screamin demon) over the MSD unit. Has anyone used either of the 2? If so ur opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Re: NEW THROTTLE BODY & COILPACK

To take the TB out unclip the sensors on the back (2 of them) Then take the bolts out I believe there are 2 and it should pop right out.
