This is latest in myriad odd problems in 6 yr history of owning this car.
Noticed coolant leak last week. No coolant in oil. New water pump, still slight leaking. Noticed temp gauge acting odd, heat blowing cold. New thermostat. It seemed fine the day the thermostat went in. Fine the next day. Today when I came out of work, more leaking of coolant. I was assured hoses were checked <?> Am new here, would appreciate ANY ideas/suggestions. Thanks |

Re: 91 Century 3.3 Mystery Leak
Mine had a similar problem, turned out to be a hair sized crack in the bottom of the radiator, when mine warmed up it would leak and when it cooled off it stopped leaking. check that and the i guess it's called the overflow ports on the water pump they'll leak and you'll never know it till you're sittin wonderin like you are now. My only comment on the radiator problem is JB WELD, if it won't fix it, it don't need to b fixed.

Re: Re: 91 Century 3.3 Mystery Leak
Thanks so much for answering
Turned out, looks like it was an overlooked tiny hose sorta buried under I dont know what. Could not tell until it really blew, driving toward autozone for more antifreeze. But I am printing out your reply, in case any further weird leaking occurs. Thanks again for taking the time
