Real Stupid question.

Iam just wondering if anyone out there could describe/ or provide a pic of the Sunfire 04 engine with the location of the blockheater circled. I cannot find the bloody thing to plug it in. Its like -40c out now and ive looked EVERYWHERE online to find a pic or location for it, (even called Pontiac and they just said to the right of the engine). but it isn't there. : /

Re: Real Stupid question.

I had the same question for my 2002 Sunfire and i was told that it was on the right, but I went into the dealership, the cord was on the left side (when you lift the hood up). It is wrapped up, kind of tucked inside. It's also just the plug you will find (you won't see the blockheater per se), just the plug (it has the protective cover on it to keep it clean and free of dirt/prevent it from being bent, etc). If you still can't find it go to your dealership or gas station.

Hope this helps.
