Re: The ultimate camaro

Get the bastard running right and I'd consider it.

Seriously though, took me 8 years to find it. Knew what I wanted and accepted nothing less. Of course, I'm paying for that now.

Re: The ultimate camaro

yeah I put that one piece spoiler on too and now I have to hold the trunk open by hand. I have a lot of interior work left on it.

Re: The ultimate camaro

Thanks. I've found most of what I need... now I have to find a way to pay for it all.

The guy I bought it off of, bought it unfinished, and completed most of the visual stuff, but the functional stuff he left alone. Never put the trunk springs, or light back in AT ALL. Never hooked up the driver's mirror remote stick either, it's just kind of hanging inside the door. Never put the shoulder belts back in, left most of the gauges unhooked, didn't reconect the kick-panel vents. Stupid annoying stuff that I'm too anal to leave alone.

The one thing I really can't seem to locate is the sunvisor mounting brackets. I'm not sure if the 70 (deluxe interior) has visors that were captured on both sides or not. Apparently he ripped the pegs out of the inside part of the visors because he couldn't find them either, but they DID have the inside pegs. all the catalogs I have sell the visors, and the OUTSIDE mounts, but not the inside mounts. WTF????
