Question Alternatives..?

If you don't have a hose, whats a good alternative to rinse a car after it's been hand washed..?

I live in an apt complex, and there is NO hose outlet for the tenants, so that sucks. I've been using a 5 gallon bucket, with soap and water, along with a good car wash brush and mit to wash my car-but rinsing is a bitch. I have to go inside (bit of a walk), go up some stairs, fill up my bucket with CLEAN water, go back downstairs (carrying 5 gallons is tiring:-( and rinse my car-putting the cleaned brush in the bucket, and just going over the sudsy car.

I was trying to think of an alternative..? Do they make like a pump-hose that you can fill up with water-and shoot it on the car..? Lol, maybe i'll get a super soaker water gun :-)

My first idea wasn't that bad, I had to do it to fill up all my fish tanks.

No problem, I aim to please. Hot water to wash I car, I used that at my old house. Damn that was nice except for when my brother soaked me with it. He didn't understand why I was rolling around screaming on the ground until the handle got all hot...that was not a good 3 weeks.
