Auto to Manual Swap: Cost, Parts needed

I have a 96 Civic EX and it has an auto in it. I want to swap A 5- speed into it. What will it cost and what will I need?

tranny, brake and clutch pedals, tranny fluid, stick shift, shift knob, a good knowledge on what ur during, if u can make some mods get a b series with an lsd tranny

When you say "mods" what are you refering to? Engine?
