Dinner Tonight

Hey whats up all my AF crew. I am bored so I am going to try a new thing. I will start posting recipes of whats for dinner tonight. Maybe some of you will try them out and post your thoughts.

BBQ Chicken and Clam Pasta

BBQ Chicken:
1) Preheat oven to 375 deg.
2) I used bonless chicken breast, but you can use the kind you like.
3) Sprinkle a little salt, rib spice, Accent, and garlic powder on the top of the chicken and place in oven. *Accent is MSG and brings out the flavor nicely
4) Cook for 15 min then pull out, flip over, season this side, and place back in oven.
5) After another 15 min put your favorite BBQ sauce on it. (I choose Sonnys.) Sprinkle some shredded motz. cheese on and place back into the oven until cheese is melted.

Clam pasta:
1) Boil some of your favorite type of noodles. (I would prefer egg noodles)
2) In a sauce pan bring to a boil 1 can of clam chouder, 1 can of mushroom soup, some italian seasoning (mixture of tyme, basil, parsley), garlic powder, salt, black pepper, creole seasoning, and half a can of water. *Season should be adjusted to your taste.
3) Drain noodles and mix with sauce. Allow to sit a few min for sauce to thicken.

Sweet cheese bread:

1) Place your favorite type of bread in oven to cook. (I choose regular biscuits)
2) Melt a little butter and sugar.
3) After bread is done spread butter and sugar on top. Sprinkle your favorite shredded cheese on top and place in oven till cheese melts.
