93 camry still not shifting into last gear until higher RPM's

1993 Camry LE - 4 door auto - 117k miles

I just got my transmission serviced last week and I am still having some issues that are concerning me. When driving down the freeway the last gear (overdrive) is not shifting until higher RPM's if at all. Usually when driving down the freeway the car would shift at around 3300 or so into the last gear and drop to about 2700 or so (range estimates). Now it stays at 3300 to 3700 depending on my speed without shifting.

What are the possible problems or fixes I should address. I posted a similar msg two weeks ago with people telling me to get the fluid changed and transmission serviced. It helped the other gears out - it shifts just slightly smoother now. I am a college student so money is an issue so any advice would help.
