newbie question, broken windshield squirter

01 suburban, 2500, 8.1 L

When I try to use the squirter, nothing happens, no motor sound. Reservoir is full.

Any places to start? I assume it's not a fuse because I'm guessing it shares a fuse with other accessories and everything else works.

Any help would be appreciated before I dig into the manuals.
