Re: What amp should i get?
you should get an alpine 4 channel amp for your surrounds and a seperate 2 channel rockford bridgeable amp for some subs.

hey i got a set of 4 by 6's in the front and 6 by 9s in the back
mine are a lil different but for the speakers go for the rockford fosgate P4004::: http://www.cardomain.com/item/ROCP4004 If your gonna get some some subs go with a rockford fosgate P3001::: http://www.cardomain.com/item/ROCP3001 or if u got the funding the P6001bd::: http://www.cardomain.com/item/ROCP6001BD Theres not a huge difference for the sub amps i just think rockford makes the best amp for the price and rockford underestimates everything i got the P4004 and i got two rockford P1's(also a good choice for subs and there not to expensive) but the P4004 should be just right for u......sorry for the long post just really into my car audio... check my setup out at::: http://members.cardomain.com/cavalier1587 |

SHould i get the RockFord P4004 # Channels 4 50 W x 4 @ 4 Ohms RMS 100 W x 4 @ 2 Ohms RMS 200 W x 2 @ 4 Ohms Bridged RMS Total power 400 Watts or should i get the RockFord P8004 # Channels 4 100 W x 4 @ 4 Ohms RMS 200 W x 4 @ 2 Ohms RMS 400 W x 2 @ 4 Ohms Bridged RMS Total power 800 Someone please help. I really dont know much about amps but if theres an amp i should get for these speakers, please tell me! As long as i can run my Infinity Kappa 693.5i at 100 rms and my Infinity Kappa 462.5cfp at 50 rms ill be happy with any amps. Also should the OHMS from the amp match with the speakers ohms? if u can afford the P8004 go for that one more power but if not the P4004 will work and for the ohms u dont need it to be the same but its always a good thing not a big deal
