JGC 97 Limited V8 Problem with the light under the hood
Recently I repaired the adapter of the light that is under the motor cover and I replaced the bulb and it worked, but when I am closing the cover, the light does not turn off. The manual says that it must be turn off. Then I had to disconnect the adapator not to drain the battery. What is wrong ?

The only thing I can think of is to find out where the wires hookup to and then find out. I'm not sure if there is a hood switch that would disengage the light once it is closed. I have just left mine out and forgot about having a light under the hood.
