windsheld wipers keep blowing fuse PLEASE HELP

I have a 2000 satrn l series I broke the windshield wipers while turning them on with ice on the window,I broke a piece had to get a whole new setup from the saturn dealer now everytime I turn on the wipers I blow a fuse,Ive checked everything,,could you please help with a bit of advice thank you

if it was done at a saturn dealership, i would think they would warrenty it.

i need to know the following-
1. it is the L-seires(LS or LW) not the S-seires(SC,SL,or SW), the LS and SL are commonly confused in posts.
2. does the fuse blow when the key is turned on or when the wipers are turned on?
3. do the wipers ever work or move even slightly?
4. do you have a multimeter?

in the mean time - pull the wiper relay and see if the fuse still blows, the wipers won't work ether way, but this will narrow in on where the problem is

saturn ls 2000,fuse blows when key turns on and you turn the wipers on,no wipers dont work it just keeps blowing fuse,weve tried everything no saturn dealer didnt do it,,i went to on of your diagrams in photo place but when i print diagram you cant read it
