fuel pump??
On my way home from work today about 20 min into my drive my truck fell flat on its face like it hit the limiter. It acted real hesitant and surged I pulled off and it rough idled for a few seconds then idled fine. the rest of the way I could't give it more than 1/4 throttle or it would hesitate and act like it was running out of fuel and surge and so on. I replaced the filter which seemed to be pretty blocked but my problem still exists. 98 s-10 2.2 120k fuel relay switch replaced at 80k.
