foam? you don't use foam to mold a body kit. you mean mold the lines of a body kit or MAKE YOUR OWN?
if your just molding on a body kit you use some fasteners, then fiberglass, then a little bit of bondo. but like he said, theres an exterior forum.. ask a mod to move this there
