ok still need some help

Update....... ok I installled the stereo correctly, checked and changed all fuses, made sure stereo was connected directly to the battery. no exposed wires. The heater is still running when i turn off the car, and the running lights stay on still unless i pull the ebrake( the key is out of the ignition the whole time) and now i cannot dim my interior lights. is it possible that i shorted something in the process of hooking up the stereo?????? HELP PLEASE. what do u change or fix when your dimmer is messed?????? HELP

It's sunny out, and the bear's are fluffy. Just how fluffy...remains to be seen.
