ABS,SRS lights stay on

i have a 97 del sol and my ABS and SRS lights stay on and im worried that means they dont work. I checked the fuses and i was just missing one for my ABS and i replaced it but its still on. i checked the fuse box under the steering wheel and im missing like 4 fuses but i dont have anything telling me which fuse is what. thanks again for the help.
