Re: Hayabusa Engine?

no, stock it is not a turboed bike. but they do make turbos for it. the bike is insanley fast stock though, making around 160-170hp, and 100ftlbs of torque.

Re: Hayabusa Engine?

it's a 1300cc suzuki GSXR. currently it's the fastest production street bike, just above the zx12R ninja.

A Hayabusa is a 1300cc sport bike made by Suzuki. All in all, it doesn't hadle quite as well as its smaller sport bike cousins (GSXR 600, 750 and 1000). The Busa is a heavy pig. But it has a monster motor. More importantly, the Busa motor is a great motor for modding. With some well controlled boost, they can be streetable with 300 hp. Although riding a bike with a motor like that is not advisable. It will put you on your a$$ eventually.

The Hayabusa motors have found lives in other forms of motor sport. Some car racers have found that the Busa motor and trans works great in light race cars.

Re: Hayabusa Engine?

They had a Busa engine and tranny in a Ds650 ATV on ebay a while ago, that would be scary.
