1- Jack Up Front End Of Car High Enough To Get Under And Unbolt The Manifold From The Rest Of The Exhaust System (onlt 2 Bolts)
2- Take Off The Heat Shield Covering The Manifold (should On Be About 4 Or 5 Bolts)
3-unbolt The Manifold From The Engine Block( 12 Bolts)
4-there May Be Abolt In The Middle Of The Manifold, Holding Manifold To The Body
5-pull Of Manifold
6- Use Same Steps To Put On Header

Re: installing header

Also, if your car is aged at all, you will need some penetrating spray or lube for the bolts. I just did mine at the end of december, had to do some soldering to lengthen the o2 sensor wires because the header came off of a 94 lx and i have a 99 ex, but other than that it was simple.

I've got a DC Sports 4-2-1 stainless header with a Greddy Evo Cat-back Exhaust... It's served me well but both are about three years old now... need another CBE...
