ECU on eBay - buyer beware

Just a word to the wise - There is an ECU (MD159963) on eBay right now that I came across while looking for a replacement. The seller says that it is "basically new" and that the lifetime warranty from Auto Craft will come with the unit to the buyer. I was suspicious, so I emailed Auto Craft (ecudirect.com), and they confirmed that the warranty only applies to the person who originally purchased the part from Auto Craft, and only to the vehicle it was originally installed in.

Price looks pretty good though, if you want to take the risk (I'm not going to).
