stalling problem

I have a 96 Cavalier with an auto transmission, when i start the car it starts without any problem, but before the engine warms up it will die. It will keep the engine running if i will step on the gas, when i come to a stop the engine will sometimes quit, it restart easily. I cleaned the IAC valve, changed the TPS with a used one, and cleaned the throttle body without any changes. The tranny has been recently overhauled. I'm fed up with this car so if someone could help me i would appreciate it very much. Thanks.
