Type R Swap PLEASE HELP.

Hi there, I'm new the the forums eventhough I've read here all the time. I signed up here to ask for help. I have a 1998 Integra Coupe automatic. Eventhough it gets me around, I want a Type R for quite some time now. I want to first start off with the engine. I'm a beginner when it comes to mechanical works and what is needed to make a swap. But I made up my mind about the swap and I bought a JDM B18C Motor. Here is the site: JDM TYPE R MOTOR It says that it comes with the:

-JDM B18C Engine,
-Manual Transmission,
-JDM ECU,
-Alternator,
-Air Conditioning,
-Power Steering,
-Pump, Distributor,
-Wiring Harness

I just want a car that can push out around 200-250HP with ALL MOTOR and NO Turbo. I'm asking are those all the parts that I need to make the swap? I have 2 cars to choose from for the swap, a 98' GS Coupe or a 97' LS Coupe. I know the LS has VTec but dont the GS has Vtec too?

If there's any other parts or anything else I need to do, please PM or EMAIL me and I will be greateful. Thank you.

He did not ask if we thought he should sell it and buy something different.
So if you don't have anything usefull to add then don't reply.
