1985 Century Blower motor & Speedo not working

I have 1985 Century that runs okay except for a few minor problems. Couple of things that just showed up---speedo stopped working and the heater fan motor won't come on. It seems like something in common due to it showing up about same time. I checked for blown fuses..all look good. The owners manual doesn't say anything about a relay...I need some ideas.
