ecu code or problem

ok i was gutting out my car and was cutting some wires but the fact is i fried the ecu and got a chipped one. when i started my car it ran fine till i rev it up and it would only go to 3200 rpms yeah odd it was not suppose to have a rev so im think i messed something up other then my ecu.so i orderd a stock pr3 and hooked it up and it goes into limp mode and flashed a 11 code.so m Q is whats a 11 code i can t find it any where or tell me what ya think happend
