hood insulation ??, interior noise ??

Does anyone knows if i installed an insulation under my hood like this..... :

....will the engine noise reduce significantly in my civic INTERIOR ??

Civic's are an economy car built like a tin can. If you wan't less noise strip the entire interior and apply any kind of sound insulation to every panel you can reach, otherwise just turn up the radio.
