Maybe I'm asking for trouble. Just bought a new radio for my wifes van and changing hers into my 92 CV. There must be a trick to getting access to the radio to remove it. Everyone says have someone else do it. Is there a place to start? Should I have someone else do it?
HELP! Can't take the quiet anymore |

I am new to the Caravan, we just bought an 92 Caravan LE. I had to take the radio out of it to fix a problem with it and it was a simple process.
In my instance at least, I simply carefully pried off the plastic trim that covers the front of the radio and climate control panel (it has hidden clips that hold it in place), and there was just 2 screws that holds the radio in. Then you pull it out and take 2 wiring harnesses and the antenna loose. If your setup is the same as mine its pretty easy. |
