Seatbelt bolt torque value?

Hi,

I am putting in a new seatbelt into my moms 96 avalon (my dad has a camry and the setup looks identical). Does anyone know the torque specs for the 4 bolts (two for the retractor, 1 up high and 1 at the base)? I don't have a manual and would rather not buy one just for this since i never do work on her car. Thanks,

Brad

YOUR BEST BET THEN IS TO GO TO YOUR FAVORITE PUBLIC LIBRARY AND READ SOME REPAIR MANUAL BOOK FOR YOUR MOMS CAMRY.
