92 XFI For Sale $450
Hi All! I've got too many Metros and need to part with one of them. I have a 92 XFI, 2 door, 5 speed with about 150K miles on it. It's definitely not perfect, but it runs and drives good. I got it for my son who I figured would soon be hitting me up for something to drive to work. As it turned out, he finally got his act together by getting a CDL and becoming a long distance truck driver. I live in the Toledo, OH area. If anyone is interested just drop me an email to [email protected] and I'll send you some pictures. Also, I'm looking for a 3 cylinder head to experiment with during the winter. i have a rebuilt head that only has about 30 minutes running on it. bought car with no head, had one rebuilt, put it on and found out engine rattled so ended up replacing the motor. can make me a offer on it, cost me $150 to get it all rebuilt with new valves and guides

Thanks for the offer. I'll keep it in mind. I've also got something going on from a deal on eBay. I'm not sure how that's going to work out so I'll just hold off a little while before I decide.

Hey, i'm doing an engine swap on my geo if you need a head. Hell, you can have the whole engine if ya want it. I live in Plymouth, Michigan. About an hour from you. I heard there's a lot of junkyards down there with metro's in them, think you could find me a good deal on an engine for a 91'? I need an engine wiring harness too. The engine in mine is probably still good, just had a fire and has been sitting for a few years. It's prolly a bit siezed and could use a rebuild. But was a running car before the engine fire.

Geozuki, When the weather gets a little better, I think I'd like to take you up on your offer. You are right about the distance... I live about 40 miles south east of Toledo, though. I get up to Toledo every now and then and know of a couple of salvage yards I visit. I'll see what they have in an engine and wiring harness for you. Thanks.
