wheel locked

I have a 94 escort, and the right rear wheel is locked, but all the others seem fine. Any help of what is wrong will be appreciated.

Re: wheel locked

just a guess, but i've had a rear wheel lock before, and it was a wheel cylinder... the brake shoes on that wheel was worn to a point that the pistons in the cylinder pushed out so far that the rod was pushed all the way out of the cylinder and was jammed in the "out" position...

I had that to happen on a front wheel and found that the rubber brake line going to that wheel was collapsed inside and kept pressure on the wheel cylinder, I replaced the line and it was fine.
