focus engine swap

Hows it going everyone,

I need a lot of help here,I have a 1.6ltr zetec Focus and I've after getting my hands on a ST170 2.0 ltr Duratec engine and gearbox.
I know that I will have to change the ECU, drive shafts and a few other things in the engine bay, but i need to know if its worth bothering with.
Does anyone know what else will have to be changed. Will I have to change the hub carriers and suspension assemblies as well.

Any information on this subject would be great

I'm pretty sure the axles are larger, so the hub assembly needs to be changed.
