your newest lude fan

just wanted to introduce myself to everyone. i just bought a 98 prelude SH. i'm not lookin to become an all out racer or anything, but definately lookin forward to improving the performance of my already great-performing lude. this thing handles better than anything i've ever ridden in. no offense, but the prelude isn't as fast as i had thought they were. they had a used base lude in the lot too but i chose the SH for only a few hundred more coz i think it handles a lot better. the base also had almost 120,000 miles racked up and had a lot of scratches and dings on it. i just started a job so i should be able to get started. i'm probably gonna lower it first then throw some wheels on there.

anyway, just sayin hello.

Welcome to the club man... I think when you get used to the car you will think its a bit faster... with a good car/driver you can get that into 14's with very few mods..

goodluck with it!

Welcome to AF! IMO it is fast for it“s price but it just doesn“t feel that fast because of the lack of torque (??). But that doesn“t matter for me...I love it!
