more door hinge pin problems 93 JGC

read with interest the previous comments on this subject and thought I could do the job myself. the hinge pins on the driver door are shot so the door sags brutally. went to the dealer to get the pin & bushings kit but they were the wrong size. went back and was told that this kit doesn't exist for this vehicle. got an estimate on the repair at the bodyshop. $600!!! to replace both hinges on driver door. apparently the bumper and front fender have to be removed to get at the top hinge. also the metal around the latch has cracked from the misaligned door, increasing the cost of repair. any other suggestions out there? perhaps a part # for the pin kit if it does exist? thanks.
