can't say that i have- i dont think they will go an do that - cause to have people stop at a toll booth is gonna cause slow traffic an enraged drivers ... its interesting to read though....

I drive the interstate every day to go to work. I already pay a ton in taxes. I'll be damned if I want to start paying more just to drive on local highways.

whats that called when the road just keeps going in circles and all the exits branch off the circle? There's a specific name for it that I can't remember, but they're building something like that in Ohio.
