What's the differance?

What's the differance between a '96 blazer and a '94 Jimmy, other than body style?

Would a transmission from a '94 jimmy fit in a '96 blazer?

The '96 has a diffrent engine and tranny set up than th '94. Even though they are both Vortec motors, they have diffrent fuel injection set ups and a few other things. As far as the tranny goes, the '94s comuter will not allow the tranny to opperate properly. The tranny would most likly fit but like I said the computer of the '94 isn't capatible to the '96. Hope this helps.
