Sounds like your talking about iridium, its kinda like the colours of the rainbow depending on how the light hits it.i know you can get iridium film which is similar to window tinting film but i cant think of anywhere you could find it online, i think i got some in a motorcycle shop once, it was for my helmet visor, it should be ok on your headlights but it doesn't take very well to curves and bends.,.,., as i found out with the visor,.,,.,.,.
