Angry 96 tracker runs ruff

ok i am tired of this thing....i have a 96 geo tracker 1.6l that runs rough only when hot...i have put on a new ditrributor and plugs and wires. it still hounds me...grrrrrrr! when cold i have 21 inches of vac. and when hot it drops to 8-9 inches and holds steady. the car has a dead miss and misfire code 300 for multi cyl misfire. has good compression and cat has cked ok.....sooooooo ummmm maybe some help or dynamite!

Mine idels real rough to, but when cold. When it is really cold it doesnt seem to want to warm up and so when im ideling it seems like my rpms (sounds like, i dont have a tac.) some times are higher then when driving. It's really agravating, and in the summer when its warm there are days when it runs like new. If you have found any ideas please to tell....

I would check the idle air control motor ant the throttle position sensor.
mine was 2 vac line backwards on the egr valve.
