heads are bad.....

i just bought a probe gt ( 2nd gen ). the heads are bad because the timing was off or something. anyways i have no clue how to work on one of these. i am a dodge man but in need of a car. lol. so if anyone knows how would i go about swapping these heads and can i get some info on how to do it. thanks

Buy a Haynes manual. Just to let you know it's going to be a pain in the ass because the rear head is almost against the firewall. I have replaced a motor in my 93GT and I think it would be easier to change the whole motor.
