1990 Accord JDM F20A Motor & ECU compatibility problem!! Please Help!

Hey guys i have never tried this before but everything else has failed because nobody can give me an answer. Alright well i replaced my factory F22 with a JDM F20A engine.. It's supposed to be a more powerful motor but hasn't really had to oppurtunity to show me yet.. i need to find out what the best ECU would be to match with this motor. My factory ECU was burnt up before i got this motor. My mechanic *THINKS* that the factory F22 ecu would be the best ecu for this motor but is not sure. HE said the best case scenario would be to find an F20A ecu but i have had no kind of luck with that... right now i am running a little honda civic ecu for a 1.6L right now and it idles a little funny and stuff because it's not right for it.. any suggestions please let me know.. any nice hp upgrades would be appreciated too i really wanna take care of this motor.. thanks
