2001 Ram 1500 wiper trouble
Last weekend it was raining when I pulled in driveway so wipers were on. But I turned ign. off leaving wipers about 4" from down (home) position. That night rain turned to snow and ice. Next day I know that wipers are gonna try to finish cycle even though they're 4" from down. Wipers are froze to windshield so I chip out ice as best I could before turning on ignition. Takes a minute but wipers free themselves from ice and seem to work fine. Today I turn on wipers and they work but when I turn them off they stop at that point on windshield instead of returning down to home position. Any Ideas whats wrong?

Yup, turn them off all the way next time.

Looks like $105 for motor and control module. Unless there's something I'm missing?
